Born and raised in Garfield County, Eric’s decision to run for County Commissioner is shaped by his upbringing in Carbondale and by seeing firsthand how local decisions affect our communities. His work across the construction, development, agricultural, and nonprofit sectors has given him a unique perspective on how policies influence our communities. Eric believes effective leadership means making measured, long-term decisions that uphold Garfield County’s character, strengthen its economy, and protect the environment for generations to come.
We will advance our ideas clearly and directly, without personal attacks or tactics intended to undermine opponents. Our goal is to earn trust, not manufacture division, and to lead in a way that strengthens our community—during the campaign and beyond.
